Thumbnail Not Updating

If you have made changes to your document but the thumbnail has not updated yet, here’s how you can fix it.

Cause

After making changes to your document, it may take a few minutes for the updated thumbnail to appear on the Documents page.

Be assured that your document is saved automatically, even if the thumbnail is not updated. You can continue to edit and download your document as usual.

Fix

To help update the document thumbnail faster, try the following:

• Refresh the Documents page: It can take a few minutes for the thumbnail to update. Refresh or reload the page after some time to see the changes.
• Make a small change in the document: If the thumbnail still hasn’t updated, open the document, make a minor change to trigger a refresh.
