We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, driving revenue, assisting customers in utilizing our software and conducting live demonstrations. Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels (e.g., email, phone, social media, events).
  • Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition to our software platform.
  • Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Assist customers in understanding and using our document and graphic design software effectively.
  • Conduct live demonstrations of the software to potential and existing customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and potential improvements to the software.

Skills

  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with experience conducting live demonstrations or webinars.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
