You can preview a document in DocHipo either from the Documents page or directly from within the document editor.
You can preview any document as follows:
Step 1:
Go to the Documents page and locate the document you want to preview.
Step 2:
If you are using Gallery view or Tile view, click the Preview (👁︎) icon on the document to preview it.
If you are using List view, click the Document Name to preview it.
You can also preview a document while editing it.
Open the document in the DocHipo editor.
Click the three-dot (···) menu at the top right of the document and select Preview.
On the preview page, click the Close (✕) icon to exit the preview or the Edit (✏️) icon to continue editing the document.
Why can't I see the edit option on the preview page?
If a document is shared with you with Read Only permission, you will not see the Edit (✏️) option on the preview page.
