We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team, ideally someone who has experience working in the software industry. You will be required to source candidates for various positions such as Developers, Designers, Business Development, etc. The role will involve screening applications, scheduling interviews, and overseeing the hiring process. Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job posts in different platforms and build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
- Shortlist potential candidates based on their relevant skill set, experience, exposure, and other attributes
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with the candidates
- Perform reference checks as needed
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and employment terms
- Present reports on recruitment regularly to the team
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter. Experience in the software industry will be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and resume databases
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet)
- Excellent ability to conduct and administer various kinds of interviews
- Attention to detail
